I’m Kim Giddens, Founder of Personologie, Leadership Advisor, Executive & Team Coach (PCC, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach), and someone who has spent more than 20 years leading, coaching, and advising teams through high-stakes moments of growth, change, and complexity.

Before launching Personologie, I spent two decades leading teams across NYC retail and global consumer brands—managing 3,000+ employees, scaling stores and teams, navigating restructures, and helping organizations move through demanding growth cycles.

My work took me from the sales floor to the executive table, through turnarounds, hypergrowth, brand reinventions, and moments of cultural reset. I learned that:

That realization became the foundation for my coaching and advisory work.

In 2019, I founded Personologie, and my practice grew quickly—from coaching a founder in San Francisco, to advising a global high-growth company of 1,000+ employees, to supporting senior leaders across industries, teams, and countries. I’ve coached executives in marketing, product, engineering, finance, operations, and people leadership, and advised founders through some of the most complex decisions of their careers.

I bring the same calm, direct, strategic voice to every conversation—cutting through the noise and helping leaders do the work that actually moves things forward.
