I’m Kim Giddens, Founder of Personologie, Leadership Advisor, Executive & Team Coach (PCC, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach), and someone who has spent more than 20 years leading, coaching, and advising teams through high-stakes moments of growth, change, and complexity.

I believe leadership shows up everywhere—from the boardroom to the ballfield. I’m a baseball mom, active in local government, and someone who knows that the hardest leadership moments are rarely about tactics. They’re about people, perspective, and the courage to make decisions that matter.

Before launching Personologie, I spent two decades leading teams across NYC retail and global consumer brands—managing 3,000+ employees, scaling stores and teams, navigating restructures, and helping organizations move through demanding growth cycles.

My work took me from the sales floor to the executive table, through turnarounds, hypergrowth, brand reinventions, and moments of cultural reset. I learned that:

I founded Personologie in 2019, and my practice grew quickly — from coaching founders and senior leaders to advising high-growth organizations with teams across industries and geographies. I’ve worked with leaders in marketing, product, engineering, finance, operations, and people leadership during some of their most complex decisions.
