Harassment, hate speech, intimidation, discriminatory conduct, or deliberate disruption is not permitted. Personologie may remove a participant from a session, event, or related service environment when reasonably necessary to protect participant safety, confidentiality, or the functioning of the program.

Where group participation involves discussion of personal or business experiences, all participants are expected to treat shared information with discretion and respect. However, Personologie cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality unless separately agreed in writing.

## 6. No Coaching, Advisory, or Client Relationship From Website Use Alone

Your use of the Site, including submitting an inquiry form, booking an introductory or strategy call, downloading a resource, registering for an event, or subscribing to updates, does not by itself create a coach-client, consulting, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or other professional relationship between you and Personologie, LLC.

Any advisory, coaching, consulting, or other professional services are governed only by a separate written agreement between you and Personologie, LLC.

## 7. Informational and Educational Purposes Only

The Site and its content are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Content on the Site is not legal, financial, tax, medical, mental health, or other licensed professional advice.

Personologie’s services and resources are designed to support learning, reflection, leadership development, and professional growth. ## 8. No Guarantees or Outcomes

Personologie, LLC provides coaching, advisory, and consulting services intended to support leadership development, decision-making, team effectiveness, and organizational performance. However, individual and business results vary.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including business growth, performance improvement, promotions, revenue increases, organizational changes, or other results from using the Site or engaging with any services.

## 9. Bookings, Paid Services, and Separate Agreements

The Site may allow you to request consultations, apply for services, register for events, or book calls. Any pricing, scope, timing, deliverables, cancellation terms, rescheduling rules, refund rights, or participation requirements for paid services will be governed by the specific offer terms or a separate written services agreement.

Unless expressly stated in writing, submitting a request through the Site does not obligate Personologie, LLC to accept you as a client or provide services.

## 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, branding, logos, page design, downloads, frameworks, worksheets, original methods, audio, video, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Personologie, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Personologie, LLC for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
