Hi, I’m Kim Giddens, founder of Personologie LLC. Throughout my 27-year career in executive roles at major American brands like Banana Republic, Anthropologie, Cole Haan, LOFT, and Ann Taylor, I’ve led large and layered teams to bring brand propositions to life and deliver revenue and profit growth. I didn’t leave corporate because I hated it (well, maybe the last job I did); I left because I needed to make a bigger impact. I wanted to leverage my knowledge and experience leading great teams to create great experiences for customers every day. I discovered that people have the same challenges everywhere, and all companies solve customer problems in different ways. Employees, regardless of the company or customer they work for, need to feel a sense of purpose, belonging, respect, and consideration.
